As the City of Toronto's former Chief Communications Officer, and the Executive Director of Communications for the Toronto Transit Commission, I have navigated Canada's largest city and North America's second-largest mass transit system through their most challenging moments.
My extensive experience includes leading Toronto's COVID-19 communications strategy, speaking on a variety of contentious issues, and managing innumerable crises that arise in such roles.
